Last night, we were hit with a massive thunderstorm with rain that lasted until afternoon today. But, my point is that rain is a mercy sent down upon us from Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى because He سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى accepts so many prayers during rain. Yet, there are people who curse rain and dislike it to the extent where it affects their mood!!
So, it really felt as if it was Night of Decree last night and I am not saying this just because it was the 27th night of Ramadan. But, honestly, the feeling I had felt last night, I did not in either of 23rd or 25th Ramadan nights. However, it may have been that Layalat ul Qadr may have been during those very nights.
Moving on, today is a farewell Friday of this month which is quite saddening. It is sad because Friday in itself is a blessed day in which Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى sends countless blessings down upon us and accepts so many of our supplications. The fact that Friday is in Ramadan, it doubles the blessings, rewards, peace, and happiness. Seeing it depart from us brings us down because we could not imagine of anything more blissful than a Friday during this holy month.
What To Do Today?
So, just to keep this short and concise, Let’s try our level best to dress the best, recite Surah Khaf, Surah Jummu’ah, and send durudh upon the Messenger Peace Be Upon Him. Give in charity and your family and your Sadaqa to the Mosque. Give as much as you can for the house of Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى.
I want to thank all of those who had been following my posts from the beginning of Ramadan. It has been such an enlightenment for myself to be able to reach out to the many of you to spread the message of Ramadan and Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى . Tomorrow will be my last post in terms of Ramadan. I pray sincerely and wish that we are able to witness Ramadan next year and I can provide you with information more than ever before inshaAllah ul Adheem.
